I have that, but an optimal experience is much greater than flow....to me it's extreme joy and awe. It doesn't last long....maybe similar to orgasm. At least for me, but hey, whatever works......

It’s not always euphoric - nor does it have to be - it’s just this real presence and focus on what you are doing.
